Behind the Scenes – 2nd Edition

Meet our next “Behind the Scenes” worker, Meagan Thompson!  Meagan is a wife and mother of two boys. She started with Cool Water Jewelry in 2006 making the CW Dreams jewelry line and now fills many rolls! She is our photographer, website and social manager, and she still manages to make some of the jewelry collections!

Meagan loves anything outdoors.  Cycling, horseback riding, hiking, snowshoeing and, of course, photography are just some of her favorites.  She even tried ice climbing this past winter!  “I am afraid of heights, but it wasn’t so bad once I got into a rhythm”.

Coincidentally, Meagan’s favorite pieces to make are the tiny crystal earrings, bracelet and necklace in our Crystal Glacier or Azure Breeze collections.  “I love all things blue!” Her current favorite Cool Water Jewelry piece is the Mountain Lupine Hook and Eye/Disk Necklace.

You may recognize the “Montana Collection” picture.  This comes from Meagan’s collection of “interesting light” landscape pictures.  “I love interesting light! Sunrise and sunset are the best times to find it.”
